Summary We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team at KLG Industries LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install and maintain low voltage systems including IDS, CCTV, and alarm systems. Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Utilize power tools and mechanical knowledge to perform installations effectively. Ensure compliance with NEC standards during all installations and repairs. Provide exceptional customer service while communicating technical information clearly. Assist in alarm system sales by providing technical expertise to clients. Requirements Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of cabling systems, IDS, CCTV, and alarm systems. Familiarity with NEC regulations is essential. Mechanical aptitude and experience with power tools are required. Field service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications in low voltage systems are a plus.
