Full Job Description Overview:
Hiring Satellite Techs for DIrecTV/Viasat. We Will Train!! $500 Bonus for Experienced Techs Must have Truck/Van or SUV for daily work use. Pre Employment screening will be required. Please call Janel at 945-223-8949 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. ( Central) Monday- Friday Responsibilities Complete and maintain an active DirecTV Technician certification ID #. Install and configure telecommunications equipment, including cabling, modems/routers, and other networking devices. Ensure proper connectivity for various telecommunication systems. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed systems to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete installations efficiently and safely. Provide field service support by responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues on-site. Document installation processes, service calls, and any modifications made to existing systems. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
