As aField Technician I, you will leverage your experience installingand maintaining various telecommunications systems to deliverbest-in-class service for our clients. You are passionate aboutbuilding trust, developing your technical skills, and growingwithin the expanding Internet of Things (IoT) market. You enjoytraveling locally while providing outstanding customer service.
This is a home-based, dispatched role. You will be supporting jobassignments in a specified geographic area. This is a contractopportunity with the intent of converting to a permanent employeein a relatively short period of time.
Key Responsibilities:
Installand maintain voice, data, security, and VoIP communication systemsand equipment. Complete assigned work orders with a strongcommitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Travel to and fromcustomer locations within a designated geographic area to performinstallations and repairs. Use a laptop and various softwareapplications to manage work orders and documentation.
Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience in telecommunications or arelated electrical field. Strong verbal and written communicationskills. Ability to work independently with a high level oftechnical aptitude. Experience working with Cisco systems orsimilar equipment manufacturers.
Working Conditions:
Home-baseddispatch. Weekend and on-call work may be required as needed.
