Appliance Installer Royal Knight Logistics Knightdale, NC 27545 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. Installation of refrigerator, dishwashers, over the range microwaves, washers and gas dryers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in washer, dryer and refrigerator mechanical knowledge, and field service experience. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of various systems and appliances, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency while working in diverse environments. Responsibilities
- Install and maintain appliances, and other equipment as per specifications
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure proper functionality of installed systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Operate box trucks for the delivery and transport of equipment to job sites
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols Experience
- Proven experience in appliance installation
- Previous experience in appliance repair is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
