Job Duties and Responsibilities Install, maintain, and provision FTTP equipment within the service network. Demonstrate proficiency in routing, switching, fiber cabling, splicing, and testing fundamentals. Exhibit attention to detail through inspections, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and testing. Requires travel across the service area to provide on-premises services while maintaining scheduled appointments. Perform work both outdoors and inside customer homes and businesses. Adhere to schematics, maintain accurate work records, and submit the as required. Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction for on-premises work. Assist the customer-facing communications team with problem resolution as needed. Attend safety meetings and ensure a safe working environment.
Skills, Experience, Requirements Valid Driver’s License :
Clean record required

Flexible to work shifts that may include occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays
Physical Ability :
Lift up to 50 lbs, able to sit or stand for extended periods, walking, repetitive motions
