The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics repair, with specific experience troubleshooting and servicing modern television systems, including Smart TVs, LED, LCD, and OLED models. This is a field-based role, and you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality repair solutions and excellent customer support to our clients. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair various television issues, including screen, sound, power, and software faults Install, configure, and update Smart TVs and related systems on-site Replace internal components such as circuit boards, power supplies, and connectors Use electrical testing equipment to identify and fix hardware failures Maintain accurate records of all service visits, diagnostics, and repairs performed Communicate clearly and professionally with customers during field visits Follow safety procedures and company standards during service work Manage inventory and ensure tools and parts are in working condition Qualifications 2+ years of experience in TV repair or related electronics technician role Strong knowledge of LED, LCD, OLED, and Smart TV technologies Familiarity with major TV brands (Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio, TCL, etc.) Skilled in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment (multimeters, etc.) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field work High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus Preferred Skills OEM certifications (Samsung, LG, Sony, etc.) Experience with firmware updates and Smart TV platforms Understanding of basic networking for Smart TV setups Why Join Us?
