FTTH Installer Olivares Tech LLC S Farmingdale, NY 11735 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and networking, with expertise in Ethernet cabling, telephone systems, and fiber splicing. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the installation FTTH service, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. We also provide training with no experience needed!! All we ask for is determination and commitment Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Ethernet cabling and telephone systems. Perform fiber splicing and ensure proper connectivity for telecommunication networks. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to complete installations efficiently. Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Skills Proficient in Ethernet cabling installation and maintenance. Knowledge of telephone systems and their components. Experience with hand tools and equipment used in telecommunications. Strong field service skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with computer networking concepts and practices. Mechanical knowledge related to installation processes and troubleshooting techniques. Great customer service skills Bilingual is a plus Experience in fiber splicing is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective telecommunication with clients and team members.
