Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or equivalent required.? Up to 3 years of experienceinstalling, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electronics,electro-mechanical, telecom or computer equipment requiredpreferable with gaming equipment and gaming system products (gamingequipment and gaming system products training will be provided).?A? Certification, N? Certification or similar preferred.? Must alsohave knowledge and experience in: Reading and translating wiringdiagrams AC/?DC fundamentals Maintaining, repairing andtroubleshooting to component/?circuit level Testing programs withverification devices such as Kobetron and Chip ComparatorTroubleshooting with input and output tests Installing, repairingand maintaining fiber optic lines and WAP telephone lines Thisposition also requires the ability to lift 75 lbs, ability totravel, willingness to work varied shifts and overtime as required,pass the Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) check and have a validstate driver’s license and a clean driving record, and be able toobtain the necessary state, local and tribal gaming license(s).?Must also be able to pass a security background check and pass afor-cause and pre-employment drug test.?

Gamingequipment, gaming system products and gaming industry training willbe provided.?

Responsibilities:

The CS Field Technician I willprep, install, troubleshoot to the component/?circuit level,service, maintain, upgrade and convert gaming systems andequipment, and document all services rendered using SAP and othersoftware tools.? Make pre-installation site visits, whilemaintaining a positive image, to identify parts and wiringrequirements at customer location and coordinate ordering ofparts.? Deliver and install products on customer floor, set gameoptions.? Install system and games to system telephonic, Ethernetand wireless (S2S).? Install game-to-game and bank-to-bank,telephonic, Ethernet and wireless (G2G).? Complete assigned portionof hardware and software conversions and upgrades and assignedpreventative maintenance.? Responds to customer issues for gamesand systems interface.? Support software and system integrationverification tests for jackpots.? Perform other duties asassigned.?
