Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Performing site surveys and optimizing equipment placement Installing tech and ensuring top-tier broadband performance Installing and activating services for Dish, Hughesnet, and Boost Mobile Walking customers through service and equipment basics Offering Dish Smart Home services for added commission Keeping accurate records and documentation Following safety protocols to protect yourself and others

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset High energy, resourceful problem solver, and a self-starter Comfort with basic computer and tech tools (AV/electronics experience is a bonus) Dependable, hardworking, and ready to grow Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license Able to safely work on ladders (less than 350 lbs combined weight with tools) Your Future Is Just One Click Away Don’t settle for a job.
