What You’ll Be Doing:

Install, splice, and connect fiber optic cables, ensuring top-notch performance and reliability. Use high-precision tools to align fiber connections with minimal signal loss. Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades to keep the network running smoothly. Troubleshoot and test fiber lines using specialized equipment to quickly identify and resolve issues. Work closely with a tight-knit crew of technicians, engineers, and project leaders to exceed service expectations. Follow safety standards and best practices every step of the way. A valid state driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work with hand tools and mobile devices Customer-focused mindset—experience in customer service, construction, or technical fields is a big plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or emergency call-outs as needed Physical readiness: lift/move 60 lbs, work in small spaces, and climb ladders up to 28 ft Ability to distinguish wire and cable colors and safely qualify on pre-employment assessments Under 275 lbs for ladder safety compliance
