The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various systems and equipment, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and client specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of technical schematics, computer networking, and the ability to work with power tools effectively. As a Senior Installer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while mentoring junior installers. Responsibilities Install and configure systems according to project specifications and technical schematics. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently during installations. Conduct thorough inspections to detect any issues or discrepancies in installations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards. Provide training and mentorship to junior installers, sharing knowledge on best practices and techniques. Troubleshoot installation problems and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain accurate documentation of installations, including service reports and equipment logs. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to installation services. Experience Proven experience as an installer or service technician in a relevant field. Proficiency in computer networking concepts and installation practices. Familiarity with IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems) is preferred. Experience with locksmithing is a plus. Strong understanding of cabling techniques and standards. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics effectively. Relevant certifications in installation or related fields are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. The ability to use and clime ladders Experience with electric lift like scissor/boom Ability to lift maximum 50-75LB or assist when needed.
