This role involves working on various marine vessels, ensuring they are maintained, repaired, and equipped to meet high-performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine systems, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on marine vessels, ensuring optimal performance. Fabricate and modify components using hand tools and sheet metal techniques. Rig equipment for various marine applications, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Marine Technician or in a similar role within the marine industry. Experience in fabricating parts and components using hand tools and sheet metal techniques. Welding a plus. Ability to rig equipment safely and efficiently for marine applications. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills.
