We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and customizing various types of Golf Carts. This role requires a strong electrical knowledge, being a problem-solver, and the abilty to learn new things and possibly relearn new ways of doing things to provide a consistant product to our customers.. The Repair Technician will work closely with the owner to ensure efficient safe operations and customer satisfaction. Duties Diagnose issues with equipment and machinery using appropriate tools and techniques. Perform repairs on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems. Utilize an ohmmeter to measure electrical resistance and troubleshoot electrical components. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used in the repair process. Collaborate with owner to identify areas for improvement in repair processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Proficiency in using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as with the owner. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with owner and customers. Familiarity with safety standards and practices related to repair work.
