As our Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal part in helping us meet their expectations with precision and professionalism. With your expertise, you’ll streamline the quoting process, ensuring every proposal reflects the high standards our clients have come to expect. What Success Looks Like You utilize the appropriate software to create detailed, accurate quotes that clients can rely on. You stay organized, meticulously tracking parts, labor, and subcontractor services to ensure quotes are clear and comprehensive. You thrive on completing tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines, and keeping projects on schedule. You adjust estimates seamlessly as scopes evolve, ensuring proposals remain accurate and up-to-date. Your attention to detail ensures no aspect of a quote is overlooked, building trust with both the team and our clients. What You Bring to the Team Proven experience in estimating , preferably within a similar role or industry.

Technical Proficiency:

You’re comfortable navigating software tools and Excel to create professional estimates.

Marine Knowledge:

Familiarity with diesel engines and marine systems is a bonus, but not required.

Organized & Detail-Oriented:

You manage your time effectively and never let critical details slip through the cracks.

Task-Oriented:

You enjoy seeing a project through to completion and excel in fast-paced environments.

Collaboration Skills:

You work seamlessly with technicians, vendors, and the sales team to gather information and finalize quotes. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
