Position Summary:

We are seeking a Tier 2 Marine Electrical Technician with experience in marine electrical systems and a proven ability to work independently on mid-level installations, diagnostics, and system upgrades. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their marine service career with a fast-growing, detail-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and troubleshoot DC/AC electrical systems, lithium battery banks, and inverter/charger systems (Victron, Mastervolt, etc.) Diagnose and repair navigation electronics (Raymarine, Garmin, B&G) Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics Maintain clean, professional work vans and job sites Communicate professionally with clients and teammates Assist and mentor Tier 1 technicians as needed Document work performed in digital service logs and project tracking systems

$25.00 – $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
