We are committed to delivering reliable and expert marine repair services. Who we are looking for We are currently seeking an experienced Marine Outboard Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and repairing Yamaha and Mercury outboard motors. This hands-on role requires mechanical expertise, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair Yamaha and Mercury outboard engines. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical diagnostics. Maintain clean and organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding service needs and recommendations. Keep detailed records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job. Follow company policies and adhere to environmental and safety regulations. Tools & Equipment Specialty diagnostic tools provided by
NXT LVL MARINE
Technician must bring their own basic hand tools and toolbox
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 2 years working with Yamaha and Mercury outboards.
License:
Valid driver’s license.
Language:
Proficient in English.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
Work Traits:
Organized, dependable, flexible with scheduling, and team-oriented.
