Marine Technician Gillen Yacht Services, Inc. Dania, FL 33004
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on marine vessels, specializing in stabilization and generators
- Diagnose and troubleshoot various marine products such as gyros, stabilizers, thrusters, and generators
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to guide repair and maintenance procedures
- Install, repair, and maintain marine products such as gyros, stabilizers, thrusters, and generators
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience and / or certifications for a variety of vessel systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
