Summary We are seeking a skilled wheel Technician to join our team at Riva Motorsports. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of Powersports vehicles. from our
OEMs:
Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM, CF Moto, & Can-Am. Applicants interested will be required to come in and take a written exam as well as a hands on test to prove your skills. All applicants must be well rounded on Japanese bikes, as listed above, and be a certified “A” and “B” technician. Experience is required for this position. Must be knowledgeable in electrical diagnosis, able to use a computer, and up to date on fuel injection systems, able to follow published diagnostics, navigate through OEM websites, and be familiar with diagnostic software. Also must be able to perform basic tire, brake, and oil services. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, SidexSides, and other Powersports vehicles. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. Conduct diagnostics to identify problems accurately. Assemble components as needed for various vehicle types. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and options clearly. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a Technician or similar role in the Powersports industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to perform diagnostics accurately and efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Customer service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
