Mercury Marine Technician Formula Boats South Naples, FL 34102 Formula Boats South islooking for a Certified Mercury Marine Technician to join our Formula Authorized Service Center in Naples, Florida. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations. Submit clear and complete work orders, including detailed parts requests and unit information, for efficient processing. Communicate with the Service Manager about progress and potential delays. Maintain an organized and clean workspace, documenting all additional service needs. Complete designated work in a timely, competent and professional manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Mercury Certification required for this position. For those who are interested in the position and not certified, although has sufficient experience, please contact us to be considered with a commitment to certification programs. Strong knowledge of marine systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components. Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex issues in marine engines and equipment. Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation (CDL holders will qualify for higher pay). Practical experience with tools and equipment used in marine maintenance.
