Must have a minimum of 3 years experience . The final leg of the interview process will entail completing a repair. If you do not have experience as a technician or “finisher” please do not apply. We run a repair shop with the highest standards and repair processes – we expect our employees to be able to produce this kind of work every day. Must be familiar with mix ratios, gelcoat, resin, fiberglass, marine fillers, fairing, sanding and blending, buffing and waxing. Requirements Proven experience in a technician role or similar position is required. Maintain a good attitude and willingness to work. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
