The ideal candidate has experience in the marine industry. Location & Job Type Cape Coral, FL Direct Hire, full-time employee Compensation and Benefits $18-25/hour (based on related experience) 401K matching PTO Health, Dental and Vision insurance Duties and Responsibilities Assemble boat systems including: electronics, electrical systems, bilge pumps, GPS, audio systems, & other systems. Perform pre-installation preparation of boats for engine integration Install electronic equipment and auxiliary hardware Handle and organize materials required for project tasks Follow all safety rules and procedures at all times Operate small machinery and tools, including grinders, saws, drill presses, and various hand tools Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of experience with marine hand tools Experience with Yamaha, Mercury and Suzuki High School Diploma or GED Must possess a valid drivers license Excellent communication skills
