Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are looking for a Boat Lift Sales and Service Manager to lead the sales and client relations for our boat lift products and services. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is confident in the field, thrives on building relationships, and understands the technical side of boat lifts and marine structures. This is a client-facing role that also involves coordination of service needs for existing installations. With strong leadership and performance, this position offers significant growth potential within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all boat lift sales inquiries Educate clients on lift products, specifications, and installation processes Conduct site visits and assessments in Miami-Dade and Broward counties Provide service coordination for existing lift clients, including maintenance requests and troubleshooting Prepare quotes, proposals, and assist in the contract process Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and marina clients Collaborate with internal construction and service teams to ensure smooth project execution Represent the Dock & Marine brand with professionalism and knowledge

Required Qualifications:

in English & Spanish (required) Prior experience in marine construction, boat lifts, or related mechanical/marine systems Strong sales acumen and confidence in client-facing roles Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and service needs simultaneously Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
