Position available immediately. This is a lead position and requires proven experience as a marine technician.

Position responsibilities include:

General maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of all marine motors (outboards, stern dives, and inboards) and related equipment. Work-order handling, maintain documentation and customer service. Water testing boats and installing electronic and accessories. Manage and complete small and large projects independently. This well-established, one-of-a-kind, dealership in Central Florida is the only full-service marina located on the water. We are looking for a self-starter that is eager to help continue to grow our service department.

Job Requirements:

• Prior technical experience of 5+ years
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair marine engines.
• Complete selection of your own tools
• Positive attitude, good people skills & a strong sense of pride in your work
• Extremely high-quality work with an attention to detail
• Salary dependent on experience, certifications, and tools.
• This is a full-time position.
• 1 weekend day per week required.
