Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various golf course maintenance equipment; however, training can be provided for the right candidate with a foundation in servicing equipment. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on golf course maintenance equipment including but not limited to: sharpening blades, oil changes, hydraulic line replacements, and various diagnostics.
• Inspect and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems.
• Replace or repair defective parts and components.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a small engine mechanic, automotive technician or golf course mechanic preferred.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
