Small Engine Technician Apprentice / Helper Fausett’s Co 301 South Hutchinson Avenue, Adel, GA 31620 Job Overview We are looking for someone who can assist our master tech with duties at our shop. The main type of equipment we work on are Zero Turns, Riding Mowers, Weed eaters & Other Handhelds. Previous experience is preferred but not necessary. Must have basic tools. Ex; Socket set, Wrenches, Pliers, Etc. Responsibilities Take direction from master tech. Perform routine maintenance on various types of machinery to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. Assist customers with inquiries regarding equipment functionality and repairs. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Lift heavy equipment as necessary during repair processes. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and small engine repair. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
