Tifton, GA 31794 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the optimal performance of vehicles. This role requires proficiency with hand tools and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Duties Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of vehicles to identify mechanical issues. Perform repairs including brake repair, welding, soldering, and assembly of vehicle components. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to execute repairs. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating findings and recommendations clearly. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair procedures. Ability to perform brake repairs and other essential vehicle maintenance tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license is preferred. $20.00 – $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
