This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about repairing and maintaining small engine equipment to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair small engines, and equipment. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure longevity and reliability. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks. Conduct vehicle maintenance as needed, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with service department to provide exceptional service and support, including sales of parts and services. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in small engine technology. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in small engine repair. Familiarity with small egnine repair, Stihl 2 cycle repair and automotive repair is preferred. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various mechanical issues. Ability to solder components when necessary for repairs.
