Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Powersports Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing on-road and off-road vehicles, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic service and maintenance on motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides. Change tires, oil, and brakes efficiently and accurately. Conduct diagnostics and inspections to identify mechanical issues. Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with the service team and customers regarding repairs and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Powersports Technician or in a similar role. Knowledge of motorcycle and ATV mechanics . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship . Must have own tools or be willing to acquire necessary equipment. Certification in Powersports or Automotive Technology is a plus.
