Marine Bottom Paint Tech / Yard Worker Jimmy’s Marine 6685 Beach Dr SW, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469 Jimmy’s Marine is looking to add to our growing Crew! We are actively seeking bottom paint applicator and boatyard technician. The ideal candidate will be able to follow directions, ask questions and take pride in their work. Must be comforatble engaging in physical labor for extended periods of time, including routinely lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working from a kneeling position. Job duties included but are not limited to: General Maintenance around the property Pressure Washing, Soda Blasting, Prepping and Painting Develop skills to perform structural repairs Washing, Buffing/Polishing, Cleaning and detailing boats Maintain a clean and environmentally safe work area Ensure quality work on all repairs This person will also support our service department in various other ways. This would include using equipment to move boats around the shop and yard, occasionally helping the Technicians on boats and doing miscellaneous projects around the shop. We work in a fast paced environment, but enjoy a positive work environment, where taking care of our customers is paramount. MUST have a current driver’s license and dependable transportation. MUST have a good work ethic.
