Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles (gas/electric golf carts, powersports, e-bikes, etc.)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all golf carts are in optimal working condition pre-delivery to customers.
• Install and replace mechanical and electrical parts (solenoids, controllers, electric motors, switches, steering racks, mechanical/hydraulic brake systems, tie rods, brake cables, etc.)
• Perform welding and fabrication tasks to repair or modify carts and components.
• Enter detailed technical notes and service information into the system for the service advisor.

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an HVAC, small engine, powersports, solar or auto technician preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to lift 80+ lbs. regularly (golf cart batteries)
• Computer literacy
• Ability to run diagnostic software
• Ability to decipher parts and wiring diagrams
• Strong understanding of electrical systems
• Strong understand of mechanical systems
• Independently motivated
• Clean driving record
