Responsibilities Strong technical diagnostics and troubleshooting abilities Experience with Yamaha, Suzuki, and Mercury outboards Knowledge of marine electronics Knowledge of jet propulsion systems (Rotax and Yamaha) or willingness to learn. Experience maintaining and repairing marine electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to work in confined spaces Ability to operate a forklift as needed Ability to use a computer for diagnostics and navigate service manuals High School Diploma or GED Must have his/her own tools or the ability to purchase his/her own tools. Any specialty tools will be supplied by Performance East Inc Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of rigging and boat accessories Valid Drivers License Ability to operate boats and outboards Benefits Base salary and performance based commission Partial employer paid insurance after 90 days 4% 401k match after 90 days Paid time off Dental and vision insurance plans Employee discounts on purchases
