We’re Hiring:

Motorcycle & Small Engine Repair Instructor Are you a skilled technician with a passion for teaching and curriculum design? We’re seeking a Motorcycle and Small Engine Repair Instructor to develop and lead a hands-on training program that prepares students for success in the powersports and small engine industries.

Position Summary:

As an instructor, you’ll play a key role in both curriculum development and classroom/shop instruction , helping to shape a comprehensive and industry-relevant program. You’ll work with a team of educators and industry advisors to ensure students gain the technical skills and practical knowledge needed to thrive in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and update curriculum for motorcycle and small engine repair Deliver engaging and effective classroom and hands-on instruction Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Maintain shop equipment and ensure a safe learning environment Stay current with industry trends, tools, and certifications Collaborate with other instructors and staff to support student success

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in motorcycle and/or small engine repair Strong understanding of diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures Experience developing or modifying technical training curriculum Teaching or training experience preferred, but not required Industry certifications (e.g., OEM, ASE, or equivalent) are a plus Excellent communication, organization, and mentorship skills Why Join Us? $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
