A positive attitude and ability to work with a team is a must! With steady growth from year to year there is plenty of room for opportunity to grow within the company. We are looking to add a Seasonal Full Time team member to our shrink wrap crew for the spring work season. Shrink Wrap experience is appreciated but not necessary. General marina or boat industry experience is appreciated but not necessary. What we look for in a candidate Quick learners with a good attitude Comfortable using power tools Ability to take direction Comfortable on ladders Capable of physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions Desire to work in the marine industry and gain experience in essential marine services What we offer Position is Full time (40hrs) For the Spring/ Summer work season with possibility of Full time yearly work. Option to work Overtime weekly Pay Rate Depending on experience in marine trades Training & growth opportunities Seasonal bonuses (Shrink Wrap season, Spring work Season)
