Kirk Auto Co – 5.0 Murfreesboro, TN Job Details Full-time $14 – $16 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Qualifications Motorcycle License Driver’s License Dealership experience Mechanical knowledge Entry level Full Job Description Job Summary As a Powersports Set-Up / Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling new units (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.) out of crates, prepping them for showroom display and customer delivery. You’ll also perform pre-delivery inspections and minor mechanical adjustments to ensure each vehicle meets safety and performance standards. Key Responsibilities Uncrate, assemble, and prep new units according to manufacturer specifications Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and quality checks Install accessories and make basic mechanical adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety guidelines and shop protocols Assist with basic service tasks as needed Requirements Mechanical aptitude and a passion for powersports Basic tool knowledge and hands-on experience with engines or machinery Ability to lift and maneuver heavy parts and equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Valid driver’s license (motorcycle endorsement preferred but not required) Previous experience in a dealership or mechanical setting is a plus You must have a clean driving record and background check and be willing to work Saturdays for both positions.
