In this role, you will be responsible for performing tire-related services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive service, with a focus on tire installation, repair, and maintenance. Duties Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and care. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and potential issues. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tire-related tasks. Assist with oil changes and other basic automotive services as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire products and services. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards. Stay updated on the latest tire technologies and automotive service practices. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive service. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and dealership practices is preferred. Experience in automotive diagnostics is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Sales experience related to automotive products is advantageous but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
