Duties Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on various types of vehicles. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and recommend appropriate services. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tire service tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Stay updated on automotive diagnostics and repair techniques related to tire services. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Proficiency in tire service techniques and automotive repair practices. Experience using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is preferred but not required. Sales skills are an advantage for promoting additional services to customers. Previous experience in a dealership or as an automotive service technician is beneficial.
