The alignment and installation technician’s main focus will be performing alignments, installing suspension lifts, mounting and balancing tires. Other duties include installing truck and jeep accessories, keeping the shop clean, and working well with others. This position is full time, with paid vacation and 6 paid holidays after a year. 12 volt experience is a plus

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF ALIGNMENT AND INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Utilize proper tools to align, drill and secure components with correct bolts and torque specifications. Install and repair aftermarket parts pertaining to vehicle. Able to perform all required work within designated work area Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in related work area. Able to lift 50-100 lbs frequently Mount and balance tires Installing suspension lifts Perform alignments on trucks and jeeps

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF ALIGNMENT AND INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

High school diploma with 1 year related experience- or THREE years related experience Must have your own impact gun, power drill, and other applicable tools Must be able to read and write in English 1+ Years alignment experience Read and write in English Valid drivers license Problem solving Punctual Following directions Working independently and part of a team Basic computer skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certificate/Associates degree from college or technical school Detail oriented Organized Passionate about the automotive industry Extensive experience with performing alignments Hours are M-F 9-5:30 and Sat 10-4. This is a full time position in an air conditioned bay. Biweekly pay with paid vacation after a year. Looking for an installation technician for aftermarket truck and car accessories!
