As a Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers by maintaining their vehicles in optimal condition. Responsibilities Install, repair, and balance tires on various types of vehicles. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and potential issues. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding tire maintenance. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during tire installation and repair processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist with heavy lifting of tires and equipment as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to tire maintenance. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices is advantageous. Spanish speaking is a plus •Miami-Dade Apprentice license is required
