The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for semi truck maintenance. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tires for semi trucks. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive top-notch service and their trucks are safe and reliable on the road. Responsibilities Install, rotate tires on various types of commercial trucks. Perform tire repairs and replacements as needed. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Assist with other services such as oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on commercial truck service and repair. Experience in commercial truck maintenance, particularly with tire-related services. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installation and removal processes. Previous experience as a mechanic is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with oil change procedures is an advantage.
