The ideal candidate will have a passion for tire repair with a strong focus on tire installation, maintenance, and diagnostics. As a Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers’ vehicles by providing high-quality tire services. Duties Perform tire installations, rotations, Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear patterns and recommend replacements as necessary. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete tire-related tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering advice on tire maintenance and automotive repair. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a dealership or as a service technician is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and the use of power tools is highly desirable. A background in sales or customer service within the automotive industry can be beneficial.
