Position Overview:
We’re seeking an Industrial Tire Apprentice to assist in the servicing and installation of heavy-duty industrial tires. This is a physically active, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning a valuable trade.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform tire cut offs and section repairs on large industrial tires Assist with foam filling and tire insert installations Handle press-on tire labor and installations Operate forklifts and other necessary equipment in a safe and efficient manner Support team with various tire service jobs in the shop and in the field Maintain tools and equipment and follow all safety guidelines Drive a company vehicle to service calls when needed
Requirements:
Clean and valid driver’s license (required to drive company vehicle) Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior technicians Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment Previous forklift experience (preferred)
