Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a road service tire technician to join our team. Applicant must have some experience in the tire industry and must also have a clean driving record. Applicant must be well-spoken and respectful of our customers and must be capable of representing our company well on job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tire installations and repairs with efficiency and accuracy
• Inspect tires for wear patterns and potential issues
• Utilize power tools to complete tire-related tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and keep service vehicle tidy and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive service or dealership environment is preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to tire installation
• Proficiency in using power tools for tire-related services
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Knowledge of sales techniques for promoting additional services or products
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
