The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tire installations, rotations, and repairs, ensuring that vehicles are safe and ready for the road. The Tire Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing hand tools and equipment to maintain and repair tires effectively. Duties Perform tire installations, rotations, alignments, and repairs on various types of vehicles. Conduct oil changes and other routine vehicle maintenance tasks as needed. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete tire-related services. Maintain accurate records of services performed on each vehicle. Assist customers with inquiries regarding tire options, vehicle maintenance, and service recommendations. Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and vehicle maintenance. Proficiency in using hand tools specific to tire installation and automotive services. Experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred. Ability to align tires accurately using appropriate equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Sales skills are a plus for recommending additional services or products to customers. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
