Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
- Conduct diagnostics to identify tire-related issues
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tire-related tasks
- Perform oil changes and other basic vehicle maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience working with vehicles
- Ability to lift heavy objects, including tires, up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Previous experience as a tire technician, mechanic, or service technician is preferred
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
