Automotive Tire Specialist HardCore Tire and Wheel 3537 State Route 28 And 66, New Bethlehem, PA 16242 Tire Technician Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tire services and vehicle maintenance to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. Responsibilities Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs with precision and care. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to maintain equipment and vehicles. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering expert advice on tire selection and maintenance. Assist in automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to tires. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Support sales efforts by promoting tire products and services to customers. Experience Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in tire service or vehicle maintenance preferred. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is beneficial but not required.
