Tire Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Tire Technician to join our team. This position offers comprehensive training starting from the first day to ensure you are equipped with the necessary safety knowledge and hands-on skills. Training will be conducted by experienced personnel and is expected to last around a week, ensuring you are fully prepared to excel in your role. Responsibilities Perform tire mounting, balancing, and repairs for large truck tires. Ensure the quality of work by maintaining attention to detail. Handle heavy lifting tasks associated with tire services. Collaborate effectively with team members in a service shop environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility, assisting in general shop upkeep. Essential Skills Experience working with large truck tires or heavy lifting. Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with auto and labor tasks. Excellent attention to detail and reliability in work performance. Additional Skills & Qualifications A clean driving record for the past 36 months is required. Why Work Here? The dress code is practical, requiring steel-toe boots, jeans, and a work shirt. We maintain a structured work culture, with expectations of diligence and teamwork. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milton, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $13.00 – $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
