Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, serviceand maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customerservice and completing work according to company policies,procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing,rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels;installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washingtires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using andmaintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test drivingvehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite andemergency road services. Provides excellent customer service,promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engagecustomers.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and theability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting ofweight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneelingand continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits:
