Tire Technician

Obtain and Review Work Orders from Sales CounterDetermine tasks to be completed and necessary supplies and equipmentRetrieve customer vehicle from parking lot and position in work bayRecord vehicle mileage, physical damage, warning lights on or other problems on work orderPerform work as requiredIf a tire repair
- follow standard operating procedures for repairsIf new tires
- retrieve proper tires from warehouse, mount, balance and installIf minor repairs are required such as replacing light bulbs, replacing windshield wipers, installing filters, etc.
- determine if items are available or work with sales staff to order items neededOnce work is complete, return customer vehicle to designated parking area ensuring that interior remains cleanReturn customer keys to sales staff and inform them work is complete
