Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation and maintenance of tower equipment, including antennas, remote radio units, fiber transmission lines, power trunk lines, and other components Assemble and install various tower structures, including monopoles, self-support towers, and rooftop sites Work at heights safely while using proper fall protection equipment and procedures Support site preparation, cleanup, and organization as directed by the Foreman Transport tools, materials, and equipment safely between job sites Follow all company, industry, and OSHA safety guidelines to ensure a secure work environment Complete required company documentation accurately and on time

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience preferred but not required•we provide hands-on training! Must be comfortable working at heights of 100+ feet and in outdoor environments Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment Ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, bend, stoop, and work in various weather conditions Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for work as needed

OSHA, RF

Awareness, and Climbing Certifications a plus (but not required•we can train!)

Schedule & Work Conditions:
