WE DO TEST PRE-EMPLOYMENT AND RANDOM.
Must be local to the Concord, NC within 1 hour drive time.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the tower crew to get projects completed daily
- Might need to climb on occasion to assist with training new team members or with more challenging tasks.
- Ensure crew adheres to company and OSHA safety regulations.
- Maintain trailer and company vehicle in organized and properly stocked fashion.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation
Skills:
- Experience with Rigging
- Competent with Fall & Rescue
- Experience with microwave equipment installation to include path alignments
- Good team leader and great communication skills
- Proficient with Anritsu sweep gear
- Proficient with completing close out documentation.
- Excellent customer service skills to deal with customers in the field.
